Sycamore Creek OHV Area
Sycamore creek and its neighboring off-road trail system, the Four Peak Rolls, are the best recreational rides in Arizona. Located just three miles apart, the two trail systems combine to form a 100 plus mile loop. Sycamore Creek has a variety of terrain like sand wash areas, mountains, creek beds, rivers two-track Jeep/ATV roads, cliffs and canyons. It offers the rider splendid views in every direction, like Superstition Mountain, Four Peaks Mountain and Weaver's Needle. It's divided into upper (Sugarloaf Mountain Area) and lower Sycamore Creek. Another plus is the abundance of wildlife. Four Peak Rolls is about 75 miles long. It is full of canyons, steep cliffs and mountainous areas. It has radical riding areas and many scenic routes as well. Take Highway 87 North of Fountain Hills towards Payson. Go past the Bush Hwy which is the turn off to Saguaro Lake keep driving about 2 miles or so the highway is divided here you will come to a turn off to the left take that road across the highway onto a dirt road than park anywhere.
