This campground is located at an elevation of 5,500 feet in the ponderosa pine type along the western shore of Lynx Lake. It is open from April 1 to October 31 each year and a host is available to provide information and assist visitors to find a suitable camping site. The campsites provided are generally large enough to accommodate most recreational vehicles, provided they are no longer than 40 feet. Fees are $10 a day for each camp site. This campground does not have any Recreational Vehicle hookups, dumpstations or shower facilities.
Lynx Lake is a man-made lake of approximately 55 surface acres and is periodically stocked with trout. A State of Arizona fishing license is required for all anglers over the age of 13. No swimming is permitted and the use of boat motors is limited to electrically powered models. Rental boats are available from the nearby marina and store.
Access: Access is by paved road. From the city of Prescott, go east on Highway 69 for 4.9 miles to the Walker Road (Forest Road 197). Follow this road for 3 miles to the campground entrance sign. Turn left onto this access road to the campground.

Travel time: 15 min. from Prescott, 10 min. from Bradshaw Ranger Station
Road condition: Paved
Elevation: 5,500 ft.

• 36 campsites with tables and grills
• Vault toilets, including 2 flush toilets
• Drinking water
• Paved campground roads
• Store, marina, and rental boats close by

Stay limit: 7 days

• Lake (no swimming)
• Boating
• Fishing
• Recreational gold panning
